Throughout the course we were given very practical advice on almost every step of the cooking process. These were details that turned out to be very useful, without me even thinking to ask about a particular step before. The course was very well designed, we managed to do a lot of things - bake a dessert, cut up and completely process a whole chicken (broth, medallions, several types of steaks). We were also given many tips on how to use different parts of the chicken. Under patient and careful guidance, everyone succeeded and gave the necessary confidence in future home-made continuation.

We will be showing the process of all the dishes in detail and especially tasting them! We will taste at all stages (i.e. when the ingredients are no longer raw:-)), so you can learn how to season everything properly. And of course I will be happy to involve you in all the activities, there will be plenty of work:-)

I would recommend the course to complete beginners, because Lucka discusses the very basics and explains everything in specific steps and details.

For a complete beginner, I think it is a very well prepared course. You will learn a lot of basic things, but also tricks that only an experienced and enthusiastic cook can advise you, which Lucie is 100%. You are given maximum attention, there is enough time for everything. When you are not chopping, peeling, stirring in a bowl or pan, you are listening with interest to additional info about suitable ingredients, kitchen equipment, or tasting and seasoning. What you cook, you also eat.

Lucy doesn’t just stick to demonstrations and procedures on how to do things, but supplements them with explanations of why to do it that way, and what can happen if something is not done. The course is exactly what I was looking for. In a relaxed and non-violent way, the basics of cooking are explained even to a complete beginner, including how to cut different types of ingredients. In 3 hours of the course we managed to cover the basics and still cook enough courses. The course really helped me!
